Ive been a customer of Sir Pizza since they had one at Logan and Willow Streets in Lansing. Yesterday I ordered a chef salad and small pizza from the Lake Lansing location. I placed my order at 4:14pm. The food didn't arrive until 6:30 that evening. The food is delicious but the delivery sucked. I will be a return customer.
A local favorite. Royal Feast is my go to pizza. I should probably branch out and try other things on the menu. I always do pickup so I can’t speak to the delivery service, but pickup is always ready within the timeframe they provide when ordering. The staff at this location has always been friendly, helpful, and good manners. There’s another location closer to my house that I avoid going to due to the service, staff, and parking.
the wings are the biggest i have ever eaten and the pizza is extremely delicious, the service is also very good, i will definetely eat at this location again

Very consistent food always great. Even my picky 2 year old ate 3 pieces. Customer service is amazing. The sweet young that was working yesterday was great to find out shes only 16 was an awe because she was just great. Glad to be living on this side of town. Also the garlic bread is amazing.
Phoned in order today with a very helpful and pleasant young lady. Picked up pizza and was greeted by a very nice young man who was extremely polite and friendly. I really appreciate a good experience, especially these days when it seems good customer service is hard to come by! Pizza was perfect too ;)
Love this place! I live an hour away and still make the hike when I get a craving. Get the Royal Feast and you won't be disappointed.
The takeout service is impressively fast, and the portion size is generous. The food tastes delicious.
